2. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of service or as specified in a signed service agreement. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved business checks. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Estimates and Deposits

Written estimates are provided prior to work commencement. For extensive or custom equipment repairs, a deposit of 30% may be required upfront. Remaining balances are due upon delivery or final inspection unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellations

Service appointments may be canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee to cover technician time and travel.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in cases where:

• The work was not performed as agreed in writing.
• Parts provided were defective and not replaced or repaired within a reasonable timeframe.
• There was an overcharge or billing error.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Labor already performed and approved by the customer on-site.
• Special order or custom parts once installed.
• Equipment damaged after delivery due to customer misuse or neglect.

7. Warranty Service

We provide a limited 30-day warranty on workmanship. Manufacturer warranties may apply to specific parts used during repair and will be honored accordingly.
